Lucy Grimwade
Professional Coach – ICF ACC Trainee
I established my business in 2018, after following my own journey with career challenges as a middle-manager and my passion towards personal development.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a male dominated field. At times, I wasn’t taken seriously, then experienced Imposter Syndrome. Yet, I have successfully navigated the career ladder to become an authentic leader in my corporate life.
I understand how the imprinted beliefs you hold and the environments you work in can trigger behaviour that may hold you back and halt your progression.
As a coach, I specialise in: Helping you to cultivate and implement your personal brand. Building personal & career confidence. Overcoming limited beliefs and amplifying your voice. Moreover, I also work with you to shift your fixed mindset into a growth mindset. You will finish your career coaching programme with a clear, concise career plan that will enable you to level up. Whether that is asking for more responsibility or finally applying for a leadership role.

I became a coach because I am passionate about people, career progression and personal development. The enthusiasm and belief I have for my clients, shines through in each and every session. With Career Coaching, I am able to share my experience and enable you to become the leader you are destined to be.
I use different tools, techniques and communication styles to provide tailored career coaching programmes. I work individuals on a 1:1 basis and I also work with corporations, delivering coaching sessions to rising stars or group sessions to build a leadership team.
