What’s does it all mean?  


New Economics Foundation describes wellbeing as: ‘Wellbeing can be understood as how people feel and how they function, both on a personal and a social level, and how they evaluate their lives as a whole’


The Self -Care Forum’s definition of Self-Care is: ‘The actions that individuals take for themselves, on behalf of and with others in order to develop, protect, maintain and improve their health, wellbeing or wellness.’

In this guide – I take you through a journey of how you can start to implement self-care to improve your overall wellbeing. By the end of the pack, you will be armed and prepared to implement wellness into your life and start to increase those happy hormones.
